How long does it take for my order to ship?

Orders are shipped within 4-5 business days unless noted otherwise under the item. A few of our items are made by local suppliers and may be shipped separately.

Can I rush my order?

Please email or call us (616)895-5212 before placing your order to see if we can accommodate your request.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship First Class International. Keep in mind that this service does not include delivery confirmation and can take 2-3 weeks for arrival depending on your location.

Do you offer exchanges or returns?

We do not accept returns or exchanges on our personalized products. If there is an error on our part please email us for return instructions and replacement. Our non-personalized merchandise can be returned within 30 days from purchase. Non-personalized merchandise must be in unopened and unused condition. You are responsible for the return shipping and a 10% restocking fee.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, for $4.00 your items can be shipped right to the new baby and we will include a card with a message from you. The items will be wrapped in coordinating tissue papers, and shipped in a white gift box.

What are your shipping rates?

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order, and can vary depending on your location. Packages under one pound will be shipped USPS First Class. Orders over a pound will be shipped USPS Priority Mail.

Do you offer coupons or specials?

Yes, periodically we do put items on sale on the website. Other ways to save: Like us on facebook, and post to our wall. Grab our button and add it to your blog. Have your child be our baby of the month

What is Baby of the month?

Baby of the month is a promotion. Send us a picture of your child with one of our items. If your child is chosen, you will receive a 15% discount for the month, and your child's picture will be displayed on our Baby of the Month page. Professional photographs will need to include permission from the photographer in order to be displayed on our website.

Do you ship all items together?

A few of our items are made by local suppliers. If you order more than one item, you may receive separate packages.
